• KG1 – My First Letters

Alphabet knowledge is the building block of literacy. Children who can identify and name the letters of the alphabet, as well as the sounds they make, will have early reading success.

My first letters is a book that introduces letters, in alphabetic order. It provides children many opportunities to learn to recognize, name, color, trace letters, and identify the sounds associated with each one of them.

The focus of the Ready To Learn method works on the needs of children and taking up activities that revolve around fulfilling such needs. It is a multisensory approach, focusing on building solid alphabet knowledge through play, exploration, observation, listening, and speaking.

Worksheet’s lesson of each letter will not be used to initially teach children alphabet recognition. They will be incorporated after they know them. Teachers will be instructed to use fun learning methods to teach the alphabet.

  • KG1 – My First Numbers

Just as fun alphabet activities prepare a child for reading as they grow, learning numbers and developing number concepts at an early age lays a strong foundation for the math skills they’ll need throughout the rest of their lives.

Recognizing what a number looks like is just one of the many skills preschoolers need to practice. My first numbers is a book that introduces numbers, in the alphabetic order from 1 to 10. While children are counting, coloring, and tracing, each number will be so busy having fun.

The focus of My first numbers method works on making the learning of numbers an enjoyable and enriching process. The teaching approach reflects real life. The lessons are not limited to doing exercises in the textbook. Children will experiment with numbers and discover the ways people use numbers in their daily lives. They will love working on their counting, number recognition, and number formation skills in fun hands-on math activities
